Java Halu Coffee processes coffee with 3 main methods:
This method goes through two treatments. It will produce sweet & fruity, with clean after taste and medium body.
This process is done without the washing process. There is a sweet honey taste of fruity tropical fruit, peach or blueberry due to the glucose from the coffee skin sticking to the coffee parchment during the drying process.
The cherries are not peeled and fermented in a special vessel, using the anaerobic submerge method. Temperature, aroma, and pH level of the water are always in control. The taste is very complex, with prominent fruity and soft acid, thick body
The beans from ripe coffee cherries that have been removed from the pulp and shell. The raw coffee beans have been sorted and dried to meet market quality standards
Roasted coffee beans emit aroma and taste that is locked in green coffee beans (green bean).
